Payment options: bank (ACH) or credit/debit card via our secure payment platform.

  • ACH (bank transfer) — we strongly suggest this method. We absorb all processing fees for you, so 100% of your payment goes to your care and your membership won't lapse underneath you over an expired card or a reissued number.
  • Credit and debit cards are welcome, yet card payments include a processing fee passed through from the card network, which varies by card. Choose ACH to avoid processing fees.
  • Save 5% when you pay annually — ask us, or select the annual option at enrollment.
  • HSA/FSA: Contact us and we'll get you set up.
